Is there someone who knows what the highest individual level is?
Or is there somewhere a list of players as there is for the guilds?
http://gowdb.com/extras/leaderboards/herolevel has a list of the highest level heroes that have registered with gowdb and enabled data sharing.

She couldn’t make the level 2k Requirement.
Negotiations fell through.
For 1 month Sparkle Ponies Redux existed… The devs had no issue with the joke. Then a troll randomly joined… Ruined the fun.
