I never realised until today that I’m missing about 20 of these.
Where on earth do you get them from?

You get new weapons from masteries up to around 50 in each mastery, after that most of them are event weapons (usually in the Shop for money), and a handful are from classes. (1 per class, obtained for getting 250 wins with that class set).
