need help, just purchased a new Kindle HD Gen-9 Fire tablet and the Gems of War game is not in the App Store and states it’s unavailable in the main store. Amazon support was no help and said to contact game support which keeps sending me to an article/download link that won’t open (unable to open file). the game has always worked fine on all are other Fire tablets…can anyone help? game support is just not helping us. might just be something we’re doing wrong. thanks…
