Been Playing this game for years Went on Gems of war today and I’ve had 5 Cedricspaklesacks for ages but today there was all gone some now my gold is much harder to get .No one as been in my account from Home.Whats going on.?.
E mailed support team and nothing.

Did you use any “disenchant all extra” or “ascend all extra troops”?
In either case you should have at least 1 copy of the card, if not 4.
Go to troops menu, click on the filter on the right side, click on Clear filter, then Apply filter at the bottom, and then choose The Vault for kingdom filter and post the screenshot of it here like this
