Already submitted a ticket and just want to know when it will be resolved
I remeber that error on my xbox some time ago. I think my solution was clearing the console cache and/or reinstall the game

This is a generic connection error code.
You’ll get a reply to your ticket, but for anyone else in future, this is commonly resolved by some basic troubeshooting like
- clearing your cache
- reinstalling
- checking your internet connection
@Jeto I already got reply saying:”This is a bug, and the team is aware of this. They are working on fixing it as soon as possible… we won’t respond here.”
But i can’t just wait or else i will get kicked from the guild. I tried clearing the cache and troubleshooting and reinstalling but didn’t work. Online on other games work, so its not connection problem.
I tried to play on different device and the same issue happens. So it may be related to servers on my location idk
