4 years later still the same tragedy…ridiculous lag on every gnome weekend. When will this be finally fixed, @Jeto ? As long there is this lag, no play or buy - simple as that!

Huh. I just ran a GAP (on Switch) and experienced no lag at all. Granted, it typically takes Switch two “laps” of the scrollbar to actually initiate battle so I usually only get about 5 Explore runs in 15 minutes, but.
It’s been normal for several hours now. It was bad this morning, though.
My personal experience is that load times increased substantially for a broad variety of things after the 9.2 update. I’ve noticed it being particularly bad when using 200 keys at a time, but it’s also been very noticeable when loading battles – more often than not, I’ve required a second (or even third) “lap” of the scrollbar these days when that was seldom the case pre-9.2 when the servers weren’t “overloaded”.
The keys taking ages to open is annoying. I was going to go through my gold key stash but it got on my tits after a couple thousand
