What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened?
i played 5 battles, won first 4 and lost last one.

-it was strange that i played against the same person in both 4th and 5th battle. After i lost the battle it registered that i lost both the 4th and 5th battle and my points dropped from 3.3k to 1.8k.
-also on my guild war screen there are 3 green marks for battles won, no red marks for lost battles and number of battles left is 0

What are the steps to make it happen again?

hope they help you with that but just to clear things up you had 3.3k points and then after it bugged you had 1.8k?

maybe at least this time they could simply give you one or two gw energy back? @Saltypatra

yes, from 3.3k to 1.8k, nice amount of points as it was all blue team

Guild mate had the same issue today on PS4. Must be update related. I’m sure the devs response will be the same as a win being credited as a loss, unfortunately…“we are aware of the issue and are working tirelessly to resolve all issues related to the update.”
