Yeah, we noticed it a couple weeks ago:

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened? I expect that before guild war starts, no one should be able to fight in battle. But when I opened my GW schedule to prepare my defense for tomorrow, my DAY 1 Opponent apparently already has head start ahead of my guild… Do you have any screenshots or video you want to share with us so we can see the problem? Probably just one of the many bugs that came with guild wars
