Guild Wars Points when no war active?

No active guild wars and yet the enemy guild has 7 points. How is this possible? Is this a bug and do the developers know about this?

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened? I expect that before guild war starts, no one should be able to fight in battle. But when I opened my GW schedule to prepare my defense for tomorrow, my DAY 1 Opponent apparently already has head start ahead of my guild… Do you have any screenshots or video you want to share with us so we can see the problem?
