What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
I purchased the Guild Wars Medallion after fighting my first 5 battles and collecting the free rewards. I was expecting to need to press the collect button to receive the rewards, but the button is grayed out and the rewards show check marks as if they had already been collected. When I check, I do not have the rewards indicated (my King Highforge shows 0 shiny tokens and one of the rewards I should have received is 5 shiny tokens for him).

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
This is my first time buying the guild wars medallion, so it’s a one off bug.

Steps to make it happen again
My best guess is that it has to do with collecting the free rewards before making the purchase.

If you purchase any Pass after completing a task, the previous premium rewards are sent to your inbox.

Now I feel silly. Yes, it’s there, it’s just buried at the bottom of all my daily XP boost rewards that I haven’t claimed. Thank you.
