Nimhain mentioned elsewhere that even by including runics the drop rate of the higher rewards won’t be affected.

im concerned about all mythic-generatig rewards such as glory and keys

I don’t have the final numbers but I can confirm that we’re not decreasing your chances for Legendaries, Mythics or Gems when we add Runics.
