They said they’d give an update with 8.5 on them. Did I miss it or did they purposely forget?
I found the GW troops(Penguin, Peryton, Myzmer, etc.) in the Gold Chests.

You and the rest of the Dev team may not be aware of how much of a red flag it is for games to have unobtainable achievements/trophies. Many new players will not even consider touching the game once it appears on lists like this one linked below, and yes Gems of War is tracked in this list (among others).
