on Xbox, a member of my guild bought the 1000 seals/4 keys pack and the 2 members who joined the guild yesterday did not receive the keys. One of them received 7 keys from his previous guild! And a member who I removed yesterday and is now in another guild received the 4 keys from the member of my guild who bought the pack! weird!

Hmm odd, the best option would be for the two affected guild members to submit tickets to support at http://support.505games.com/support/tickets/new. Console is also helped by IP2 at https://gemsofwar.zendesk.com/hc/en-us so they should submit a ticket if 505 is unable to help.
