I am trying to send a guild invite to a player, who happens to have a name that is 20 characters long. When I try to enter their invite code, which is 25 characters long, the text stops at 20 characters for the input box. Why are invite codes being issued that are too long to enter?

11 days and still no response. And they wonder why players get upset with support.
