Guild - How to contact members (PS4)

Hi all

I’m playing on PS4, maybe XB1 users have similar issues.

There are a few players in my guild that obviously haven’t been playing for some time. Now because I’m a nice guy (!), I’d like to contact these guys first before I kick 'em. Is there a way to check a user’s PSN-ID to be able to send 'em a message? I know that in the last activities, the user ID can be determined through SQUARE.

I checked the guild roster but couldn’t find any IDs here. Is there a possibility to check a user’s ID by means of invite code?
