What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
Expecting to see the “Guild Elite” thing in the guild shop. Only have “Guld Champion” and “Guild Hero.”
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
Every time since reset today.
Steps to make it happen again
It is still not there one month later, have uninstalled/reinstalled the game a couple of weeks ago but made no difference.
Still not fixed. Still no word when a fix will come? A player in my guild was back and forth with devs in emails and they just asked for same screen shot 3x Nothing since then
We’re still investigating this. It doesn’t affect all players in the same regions and we’ve even loaded the accounts into various regions to see for ourselves and we can see the packs in your accounts on our PS4.
We keep asking for the affected players to check again as we make changes on the back end to see if it will fix it, but as the packs are appearing on our side we need the affected players to check themselves.
