Guild chat no longer preserves chat (PC)

Now when I open Guild chat I can only chat messages that occurred since I opened the game, not older chat messages.
If this is intentional, it’s useless. If it’s not, it’s a bug. Either way it needs to be fixed ASAP.

Here’s a screenshot, all it shows me is the 1 hour since I logged on, I can’t see the previous 8 hours that I missed, which might have had today’s GW strategy, or something else important.

This may also be true on mobile, but I doubt it. This new 3.05 PC UI is just so awful.

Unity Chat has been and is currently buggy,… And its been reported. But Please do so again! As you have here.

However, the good news is that a few work around exists.

  1. Chose Disconnect at the bottom of chat, wait a short bit, and click Chat to reconnect.
  2. Re-Launch the game. (this almost always works but takes longer than option 1)

Odd, it does preserve it for me. Makes me wonder what the cause is…
