Glad to see 3 goblins on a trenchcoat FINALLY being released. Shame about the name change, but been looking forward to it for a while. Not a huge fan of random choices between effects (seems to pick the one you don’t want most of the time) but otherwise looks decent enough.
Also glad that we’ve reached the end of the summoning gems falling generally. They weren’t all bad, but they were problematic a lot of the time. Just hope we don’t get any more summoning gems anytime soon.

Yeah, agreed. In some ways this feels like a variation/counterpart to the Nobend Brothers (random effect + extra turn).

Yeah, that was what I thought, too. There’s a few goblins with extra turn + random effect, though, like princess fizzbang, so it’s not unreasonable. I just wish it was less random, and we had more control over what the spell does.

Murk, Lurk, and Durk honestly has a better spell than Faerie Gobmother. When he gives life to all allies, he basically wastes his turn. They honestly should have made him cleanse all allies so that goblins could have a way to counter their biggest weakness.

Still, he’s a great troop because his true damage to the last 2 enemies gets past submerge and exploding brown gems and wish gems will generate a lot of mana but could also fill up the enemy team. (His brown mana coloration also synergizes well with troops like King Gobtruffle and Beetrix).

I don’t know the last time we got a powerful shiny troop, so I will definitely be trying to get him to at least shiny level 2.:troll:

And another weapon for Broken Spire…you, guys, do know that other kingdoms exist, don’t you? Blackhawk, for example, is a very good candidate for teeny tiny non-paywalled item.

Historically if we go back in time, Devs said that Goblins should be restricted somewhat based on their ‘extra turn’ that all now get, and have for a long time. That was the tradeoff. The introduction of Toadsqueezer was a problem back when because it was the first goblin that could deal with stun and freeze. Then we got Goblins with silence and immune to it without being stunned (Stringfiddler). Then we got drain and silence - Smashedmouth etc etc.

If we get Goblins with cleanse, I suspect there will be anarchy… :smiley:
