UPDATE: it fixed itself , of course the moment I report it after troubleshooting

I used to play gems of war ages ago and couldn’t find my old account so I decided to just create a new one, (couldn’t be bothered to recover the old one) and the tutorial went smoothly everything’s fine. So I tried to connect to global chat and it instantly gives me a failure message. Is it due to my account level being too low??
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
This happens every time I try to connect to global chat.
Steps to make it happen again
I click connect to global chat it shows yes or no, I click yes, it says connection failed, and to try again later.
I tried clearing cache, switching WiFi, etc. I’m on Android. wanted to see if anyone else in the forum knew about this before I create a support ticket.
