Has anyone else experienced this or is this a hack from this dude. I can not recreate it because I don’t have dawnbringer. I believe it it something to do with 20% reduced damage from bard class.

Yes the 20% is bugged
Scatter damage allocation is bugged when interacting with the 20% spell reduction talent.
