You cannot attach videos to forum posts, you will need a site to host them (YouTube?) and then link the video URL.
Also, it’s good bug-reporting etiquette to actually type something about the bug, don’t rely solely on your screenshot/video to explain it for you (ESPECIALLY videos, per above point).
All this being said, there IS a known issue where Genie/Demon traits intended to affect a random target seem to trigger once per troop (e.g. “Death Mark a random Enemy” → typically 2 or 3 enemies Death Marked).
