As title says will the game be on the new handheld?, not seen a list of compatible yet, but seen windows games should play.. gems is on PC.. hopefully that’s a yes right?
Currently, it looks like RXA only does what we currently can already do, plus a little more. Xbox Play Anywhere, Remote Play, Xbox Cloud Gaming. Xbox PC Gaming, and games from other storefronts like Steam/Epic etc.
So in a twisted sort of way, you probably could play Steam Gems of War, but I don’t think it’s possible to play Xbox Gems of War on RXA..

Its all i would have really bought it first when away at work. 
now that the Xbox Rog Ally/X is out, it’d be nice if Gems of War was made part of Xbox Play Anywhere.
It’d make for a pretty good game to play on the go..

Ohh.. That new cloud playtime limit, might be problematic 
The limit (currently) is only for cloud gaming from their servers. If you stream from your console there’s no limit. I’m doing this for years on different devices and it works just fine. I also downgraded from the highest to the lowest GP package and still got a message that my streaming time from my own games that are installed on my consoles will continue to stay unlimited.
