I think gems got more snappy recently. I recorded this on PC.
It maybe takes needs to move into the next gem by 10% if my eyeballing is correct and they swap. Please adjust this behavior, 25-40% would be reasonable.

Doesn’t feel any different to me, but if they made a change only to make things WORSE and not better, I would be 0% surprised.
