Updated the post for the gem sale today.
Good news, the gem sub price has decreased. Not sure why, Salty thinks it may be currency exchange rates but I’ve never seen a price change before until this year. https://community.gemsofwar.com/t/prices-on-everything-slashed/
Using the new price, CAD currency, VIP 9, and first time purchase bonus:
- the gem sub is now 43 gems per buck
- the motherlode, the expensive gem bundle, on sale is 37 gems per buck
- the stack of gems, the cheap gem bundle, on sale is 23 gems per buck
I think the different gem bundles not having the same gem per dollar ratio is new, but maybe I just never noticed before.
Moral of the story is, for anyone tempted to buy gems, but the gem sub first. You don’t get the full amount instantly, but over time if you don’t need more, it’s cheaper.
