We’re still waiting to hear back from Microsoft but have requested a solution which we hope would automatically add the pack to your account the next time you login if you already redeemed the code.
I’ll let you all know once we hear back from Microsoft, but if they implement that fix you’ll probably notice it in your account before I can reply here
