Journey is currently broken, resulting in missed rewards due to receiving significantly less points from battles. There isn’t any automated compensation process, you need to open a support ticket for your guild. While the request form might look complicated at first glance, it’s not really that difficult. Here’s a step-by-step walkthrough.
1.) Navigate to the Gems of War Support page at https://gemsofwar.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
2.) Provide the type of issue.
Open the dropdown, select “Missing rewards or game content”. Further input fields will show up.
3.) Enter your email address.
You’ll receive a notification whenever your ticket status changes.
4.) Enter a name.
Anything will do, just use your player name.
5.) Enter a description.
You can use this template (make sure to replace GUILD_NAME, PAST_TIER and CURRENT_TIER):
According to Journey Event Scoring and Pathfinder Troop Rebalance information - #212 by Kafka, the Journey event was run in a known broken state, to collect data on how to repair it. This caused our guild GUILD_NAME to miss out on rewards. We’ve always reached reward tier PAST_TIER in the past, this time we’ve only reached reward tier CURRENT_TIER, even after struggling through increasingly overtuned battles. Please send the missed rewards to all our guild members.

6.) Enter details on when it happened.

Throughout the entire Journey event.
7:) Select a platform.
Open the dropdown, pick the platform you are usually playing on.
8.) Enter your invite code.
9.) Enter the name of your guild.
They are able to pull this from your profile data, this might make their life easier.
10: Enter your hero level.
This doesn’t have to be precise, a rough estimate will do.
11.) Provide your VIP level.
Open the drop down, select your VIP level. Tickets from higher VIP levels usually get processed faster.
12:) Submit your request
