There are always other means of communication though, Message groups on specific consoles/Discord or whatever.
One thing to be learned from all of this is that guilds should never rely on in-game chat for their only way of communicating with each other.
Same here, it sucks not being able to talk with my guildies. Sadly in game chat is the only way i can communicate with them
Highly recommend Discord to anyone who doesn’t use it yet. It’s the best chat software I’ve ever used, and has many helpful features which allow people to make tools which give you GoW information. @Hawx and @gary_dils send out graphics for events delivered straight to your guild’s server and have a bot where you can easily look up information on most everything in the game!
I cant use discord, i know its rare to find people that dont use discord lol. Ive been able to connect to chat a few times but sadly none of my guildies have been able to connect, also could my guild set up a guild chat here in the forum under the “guild chat” category?
Woof. This is a terrible “pants down” moment for a live service game. My condolences on the horrific timing of the problem. I guess you guys get bad RNG too haha. Thanks for the update.

No compensation for switch players ?
I was unaware there was a compensation for any platform, we have chat back isnt that compensation enough?
It’s not me who decide. I tought others platforms already got it, it might come soon.
unsure of your adventure board yesterday. but pc had over 100 diamonds i think that was the compensation.
Compensation hasn’t been sent yet for any platform but it will be coming in your game mail soon.
May I suggest a copy of The Silent One for every player? It seems to fit the theme pretty well, and like the game chat it’s of questionable value.
