[fix released] GW Leaderboard the same as last month

In a related issue, the new guild wars leaderboard rating is identical to last month’s. Our victories were for naught. This could cost us 50% morale bonus as we are just on the edge of the top 10, provided the daily rewards will be given this time.

Our guild won 3/4 days last war.

Leaderboard seems to be the same as last month as well.

Leaderboard is exactly the same as last wars beat #6, #7 #15 and a low ranked guild should have made decent points to give us a larger lead on the rest

Been a almost a month and nothing has been done just further frustrating players that you fix things or even go extreme with a rollback instantly even when it affects you and do nothing or take forever when it affects the players and not yourselves

After daily reset tonight, if it it is still displaying the same leaderboard I will follow this up a second time. I think as it has only just been weekly reset, it is still processing.. possibly just taking a little longer than normal, hopefully.

But again, if it’s the same tomorrow, I’ll chase it up again

Leaderboard are same as last war,is not updated on playstation, GW rewards from last wars still not obtained,im waiting on ingame email 4 weeks,where is my 480 gold marks,960 silver marks and 240 000 golds??it’s that big problem send mail with this items @Jeto ??

Hello Jeto and the development team,

I’m posting this message despite the fact that several of my previous complaints ( like those of many other players ) have gone unanswered.
I would like to draw attention to a situation that is becoming more and more unbearable.

HERE IS THE SITUATION :

Whenever a bug benefits players ( like rewards sent by mistake to the in-game mailbox), immediate action is taken.

  • In this case a rollback that erased hours of gameplay, making us waste precious time.

However, when the problem directly hurts us, nothing is done. The 2 major issues that resulted from that rollback are still present:

  1. Guild Wars (last month ): Guild Wars rewards were never received.
    The points we earned for victories were never counted, so the ranking remained frozen exactly as it was the previous war.

  2. Total inaction: The developers knew about these bugs, yet they chose to let us keep playing and wasting our time instead of temporarily suspending Guild Wars to fix the problems.

CURRENT SITUATION :

A new Guild Wars start this week and nothing suggests the bugs have been fixed. So we will likely be playing for nothing once again.
A simple message from you about the status of the fixes would be the bare minimum.

MY MESSAGE IS DIFFERENT :

This is not just another bug report. It is a complaint about a systematic lack of respect and disregard for the player community.
We are not paying beta testers, and our time has value.

MY REQUEST IS CLEAR :

  1. That this message receives a response, something that has never happened so far.

  2. That the situation be addressed transparently (communication about the problems, the fixes, and possible compensations).

We just want to play a working game without feeling like we’re being treated like fools.

PLEASE do not ignore this message once again.

Just because you are not seeing a fix release, this does not mean nothing is being done to fix it.

We were not aware this issue was continuing, as we have been releasing fixes each time this occurs.. which is why in this instance only SONY players didn’t get their rewards. As the fix to some extent has worked but there is something else that has broken or was missed previously.
At no point, is this intentional, as a bug we just “know” about and are not working on.

Your feedback that a bug is not fixed yet, has already been addressed, because it is about an issue I have been consistently sharing updates on as soon as I have them, with all the details I have.
All the information is here, I am unsure what else I could share.

It’s now the next day, as I mentioned in my comment, that I would follow this up. It’s barely 9am so I am waiting for the rest of the team to start their day, so I can follow up the leaderboard issue.

As for missing Guild War rewards, which has it’s own thread, I have also shared consistent updates. And again, all my comments are all the information I have at the time.. as also shown in my comment from today.

Thanks for a hopefully imminent resolution Jeto. I do not envy your job with all the negativity that is sometimes directed at you and your team.

Regarding the “no changes” thing, I do see changes for my guild. Last month we got pummeled to death even if in some cases we did deliver a proper fight while being outmatched, outclassed and understaffed with not even all defenses set prior, meaning to many AI holes to slip through -.-

So after the series of defeats and god knows why we had to fight the rank#3 guild in the first place…today for this GW as expected we dropped below the 50 barrier -.-

So my conclusion would be that we had leaderboard movements. But obviously I just really check monthly for what happens to our Guild, and not the upper top#20 movements.

Checking with external data the rankings are correct. There was not much movement inside the PC/Mobile top 20.

Your guild sadly lost 33 ELO points and 25 ranks, hope you get a better draw this time.

True,on Playstation is leaderboards status same like before last Guild Wars​:enraged_face:

They are out of the hidden killer bracket and on top of the hidden casual bracket. They’ll steamroll though any opponent they get this week, then get thrown back into the shark pool without any hopes of winning the next time.
