The population requirement seems to be dropping to 0 for levels above 70. I did not test exchanging the crystals.
Leave it with me! It should go without saying, they all have a population requirement, so maybe that string was also missing
This was a bug we had fixed, so it should be easy enough to find the cause. We are working on a fix!
