Gold shouldn’t be problem. I probably donated 20k+ on average per week in my old guild (already left), but that was before my Dragon armor, so I can handle almost double that with no real problem now. If I fail to donate enough over the course of 2 weeks, I’ll even take the liberty of kicking myself. 
Activity wise, I refuse to miss a day as it is because I dread the thought of missing out on glory, so activity is guaranteed. (For reference, I’ve got over 250+ hours logged over steam alone.)
