I know there’s lots of priority issues out there but I wanted to mention this for a wish list! 
Ever since the new PvP, our Favored Troop is stuck on how it was even though we have long switched out our favourite troop.
Here’s an example of someone else’s profile stuck on the beginners troop.
Can this be updated perhaps?

Hypothetically, if you were able to choose the favored troop instead (like select one and set it as favored)
Would this be something that would interest you? Or something you’d prefer over the current method?

I think I would really like that, because it’s like choosing the avatar/portrait for the chat icon.
On the same train of thought, could we make it so that instead of “Favored Troop” we could choose one of the Titles from the chat options?
Then it would be something like “Likes to play with Udders” along with Sacrificial Cow! 
I know that this would be low on the priority list as the devs have more important bugs to take care of first, but it’s really nice to have it as an option for the future.

Yeah, I would hypothetically like this, especially as the “Favored” troop seems not to be getting automatically updated any more.
Changing it to “Favorite” and letting the player choose it would be a nice little extra bit of profile personalization; like matching your pet to your hero’s look.
I’d also like more ways to view player profiles – like, after a PvP battle, all I can do hit a button to give the opponent a this-was-fun honor. Why can’t I click on the opponent’s name or portrait to see their full profile?
(In old PvP we could get there via the battle history, but that list no longer exists in new PvP.)

Most everyone probably has Leprechaun in their profile, and it doesn’t add that much personality…

Hey Mr dev this isnt the puzzle quest 3 forums, fyi. But since you are here, by accident I assume, yes being able to chose your favorite troop would be awesome.
My favored troop is Arachnaean Weaver. I’m not sure how many years have passed since the troop became favored, but I would love the option to choose my favored troop myself instead of the game itself doing it.
I haven’t seen my favored troop change in a long time.
Being able to choose and change favorite troop would be much apreciated over what the current system is for sure.
My favorite troop has been lodged on Leprechaun since 2019. I mean, I do like me Lucky Charms, but…
Tbh I hadn’t looked at that Profile screen in ages before this post. With respect, is this really a bug among our infestation worthy of fixing?
Once upon a time there was an on-line GoW app which among its tools recorded a player’s total # of battles since Day 1 and the number of times each troop and weapon was used. It was fun to review from time to time. Alas, that app went down several years ago and was never revived.
I believe (relying on gowdb.com data) the Troop-usage-counter nowadays counts only the Citadel fights. My Lepi’s current score is way over 7000, so any other troop will get even like…never? I do like Lepi though, Lepi is alright
