Just a heads up.
There has been a rampant increase of fake support ticket accounts being created to bulk report people in chat.
And when I say “fake support accounts”, the emails are all fake emails, no information is shared in the form, and they are very obviously created for the intent to bulk report players within chat.
These tickets will be closed without a response.
All legitimate player chat reports submitted via ticket are always investigated, as are the ones submitted in-game via the chat reporting tool.
Please report people in chat. This sends us their account data directly.
This increase in fake support tickets feels like a malicious attempt at mass reporting others in chat.
Again, all legitamate reports are investigated. Any action required will be taken against those breaking community guidelines. Just because you see a player doesn’t always mean action hasn’t been taken.
Spamming support with duplicate tickets only means I cannot get other work done, or even investigate other actual reports.
Any players found to be intentionally creating duplicate accounts to report others in chat will also have actions taken against their accounts.
