After every faction quest in Tinker Town, I had to go back out and come back in to continue. Here’s a screen recording to show you what I mean:
Also, when I finished all of Tinker Town’s quests, The game said I had completed a task and a green exclamation mark appeared on Tinker Town on the map. I thought you could only level kingdoms this way. Here’s a screenshot:
