Event points use

Hi I just wondering what are event points for only just noticed I’m getting them when playing my treasure maps can you use them for anything and is there a way to check how many you have thanks

You can check by clicking on the little scroll on the world map then on events then go to the far right. Each week we have an event, this week it just happens to be treasure hunts.

The event will last until the next weekly reset.
