Will eterals kingdom be present on the map and exist like other towns?
I don’t think so.
I think it’s like Appocalypse and Primal, but for Guild Guardians.

But here’s a fun fact:
The Primal, Apocalypse, and Eternal kingdoms do actually have map-coordinates attributed to them:
- The Primal kingdom is located in the sea south of Blighted Lands
- The Apocalypse kingdom is located in the sea southwest of Sword’s Edge
- The Eternal kingdom is located in the sea west of the Leonis Empire

Oh, and the new file update has changed the name Etenals to Guardians.
