Error on loading game - every time PC version

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened?
I was expecting the game to load. I get the error and if I click Yes or NO the game closes . It will launch the game normally the next try but almost never on the first.
Playing the game through Steam (which I really don’t like)
What are the steps to make it happen again?
Ever time I launch the game

Can you please contact support here? You can just provide a link back to this post rather than typing everything again and we’ll help you. It would be very helpful if you could attach the output_log text to your ticket.
