For comparison: This event originally occurred (on PC) in May 2023 December 2023, after the conclusion of the Mydnight Countdown campaign. The latency is only two months this time!
Actually it was in December. After the campaign and before Mydnight actual release.
Right, my bad, apparently read the wrong column off my spreadsheet when I posted that. (One of the columns is the previous time a Kingdom was featured … which was indeed May 2023)
