Dwarven Avatar Missing

So, I bought this thing a long time ago, during a sale for $1.50, I believe, and used it a few times.

Well, today, I went to go show it to a friend of mine and it wasn’t it my Hero Appearance options. I know I bought the thing, because I’ve used it before. Did it get removed from the game or something?

Ive had mine disappear on me for no good reason, but Gems support was able to take care of it quick and easy. You should go file a report there.
