Doomed Gavel was given on Tower of Doom week of Suncrest, earlier this year. The first of the “heavy splash damage” ones we got. However, the weapon is tied to Broken Spire, whereas the others are associated with the weekly kingdoms that they appeared.
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
