I was actually looking for answers not for my post to get closed. I’ve waited for quite some time and apparently there’s no real help for this game anymore.
The love of Jesus at this point let It die.
I can’t get any real help anywhere and when I ask support they automatically close everything and say it solved without actually doing a damn thing.
The only reason I’m actually hanging around now is because I finally found a guild that I like. Even some of the top five are crappy in comparison to this one.
Or maybe I’m just being temporarily biased I don’t know but I was actually looking for real answers that looks like I’m not going to get any from anywhere from anyone at any time because no one gives a crap.

For some reason I’m not allowed to reply to you, to the ones that actually said something all I can do is edit this and hope it repost. I think they are seriously trying to silence me otherwise I would be able to respond to each of you accordingly.
Can’t say I blame you. Saw your prior post, I get where you’re coming from with a lot of your expressed grievances, but man was I mystified when the immediate response was a thread lock.
Nothing you wrote struck me as abusive, trolling, flame-bait or rulebreaking. Maybe there’s context I’m missing but when the reply came it felt like “okay we get it now shut up” under the auspices of an official response.
Like, I get wanting to shut down “powder keg” topics early (don’t agree with it, but I do understand), but you kept it civil and I don’t get why discussion was quashed before it could even begin. If blowing off steam is against policy, then what’s the point of even having a forum.
Wouldn’t surprise me if it happens here too though.
Please take this as the sincere question that it is. What answers were you looking for? I read your post and it read more like a vent to me. I don’t blame you at all for the way you’re feeling - to some extent, I’ve been there - I’m just not sure what you were hoping for in terms of a response.
The reason I asked what answers you were looking for is that right now we have in Jeto the most consistently responsive Cx we’ve had in at least the years I’ve been playing. So if you actually do have specific questions, now is probably the time to ask. I think it’s the best shot we’ve had in years. We’ll never be able to have everything we want. There’s clearly a lack of available development resources and there’s also a layer (or two?) between us and the decision makers. However, from all appearances, Jeto has at least been making a sincere and consistent effort to get our points through. And then they’ve actually been making regular, proactive posts to communicate with us.
I’m angry about a lot of the policies, particularly the direction things have been heading in the last year or so, so I’m very sympathetic to where you’re coming from. I just think it would be help us to be more specific and direct with our asks.

I already sent it to a few of you guys out of respect for your replies I couldn’t keep you hanging as that would be disrespectful. This is what I said to everybody because it is generally a good general reply
“I tried sending a normal reply but either I don’t know how to do that on this form or they removed that option from me. In my previous post I was very clear and concise of what I wanted and what I expected.”
Summary, the previous post was very detailed and it has what I had hoped etc written therein.
I can understand moderators to a point however agreement contracts should never override country laws, policies or the rights thereof.
Forums and moderators ought to be able to be mature enough, smart enough to handle even the powder keg issues. If you can’t handle that and you don’t need to be having a forum to begin with.
When you open the floor for discussion you have to account that there are going to be people of all kinds with all kinds of issues, from infantile to Justice seekers and everything in between. If you can’t handle any of that then you need to find someone who can. Not all problems can and will be solved. Silencing, banning, etc individuals just makes you look weak, corrupt, apathetic etc and the fact of the matter, it is. That applies to each of us individually as well.
In all cases we should strive to handle things logically, reasonably, rationally and if possible civilly yet and no wise you give up on people unless they are being complete swine and taking what’s precious to you stompping on it and willing to rend you in pieces for your assistance. Those sort of people aren’t worth your time or anyone else’s time. Consequences must deal with them accordingly and believe me it will.

The post that I made before this one explains it better than I can even if I tried again. I was pretty thorough there.
And I don’t feel like coffee paste it over here. I use those speech to text program because I’m old and I don’t see it as well they used to and I don’t have the coordination. Did not mean to say coffee, but for more people coffee is good I just can’t handle the caffeine anymore. I’ve been drinking coffee since I was four, because I had severe headaches and for whatever reason coffee made it go away. I do have a higher an average neural activity. I did Skip 3rd 5th and 8th grade. I did college courses in a week that would take everybody else for years. However the cost is great, always tired, physically not as strong as everyone else, overwhelmed because the more you know, the more you wish you didn’t know, yet the hunger for knowledge never ceases. Like it says in a book of Ecclesiastes. Under much knowledge is much sorrow. And that is a very very true statement on so many different levels that we don’t have time here for. I could write a blog and it still wouldn’t be enough to try to explain how true that really is even if I kept it super simple. Moving on.
I will summarize, I get banned because I said I am glad that I can eat chicken soup again. Seriously? Wow just wow.
And I said I wanted a refund for all my purchases and then I will uninstall looking and move on with my life. I know it’s unrealistic because they are greedy, covetous, deceptive, hateful criminal organization technically. They find loopholes to make it difficult to fight in court. Or so they think. For every loophole there is a pair of scissors to cut that wide open. And I happen to have quite the stock of scissors. LOL
However in so doing you end up hurting good people consequently by tackling the bad sometimes, more often than not to be more honest and I can’t easily find peace with myself if I do that.
You can end up creating a power vacuum or removing the people that are bad yet good people depend on them for their paycheck. So yeah there’s that.
This game has become a very piss poor pay to win game when it should have never became that dude it’s ruining the game. I did not say the word dude but it’s there and it fits. Anyway sometimes when you buy things you don’t get what you pay for or a few weeks later they change it and Nerf it therefore technically it is a bait and switch.
I’ve already won certain similar issues situations with other game companies. I got a full refund and a bonus at the very least. At least Rockstar saw the error of their ways and did right by me. I’ll give them that. That’s about all I can give them but that’s what I can do.

Before I get done talking here today I want to give a major shout out to the ones who actually replied.
It made my day feel a little better, ain’t going to lie. I literally had no real hope. And I hope that my hope isn’t a false hope, and I have been gulablly misled.
I’m closing this thread as this player was chat banned and has already had their appeal responded to by the Studio Manager.
Where it was explained that we have no access to players funds to be able to provide any refunds for purchases made in game, that they now want refunded.
Should any player ever seek refunds for any reason, we at IP2 and 505 do not have access to your funds. You would need to contact your platform (SONY, XBOX, Apple etc) to request a refund of your purchases.
