Don't get my Daily Gems!

Platform, device version and operating system:
Nintendo Switch - Game and System up to date.

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
Monday I bought the Daily Gem Package but I don’t recieve any Gems. Also it’s possible to buy it again (buy-button not greyed out) while it’s normally a one-time-in-2-weeks.
I got a transaction number and a reciept number from Nintendo so I can verify my transaction to somebody who needs to know this information to help me.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
This is the first time. I bought the Daily Gems regularly in the past with no problems.

Steps to make it happen again
I’m not willing to try if it happens again if I try a second time (which I shouldn’t be able to do anyways).

For everyone who has the same issue:
Restarting the game didn’t help me out, but restarting the console did.
So I’m fine now.
