Atlanta…lost what made her unique. Also no other troops deals extra damage to centaurs.

So they changed Chiron’s trait from Centaur Bond to Wild Tribe, but didn’t bother to fix the text that says “Gain Enchantment” to “Enchant Myself”.

Yeah, atlanta changes really feel like a straight up nerf, especially since they gave her swift (50% starting mana [EDIT: 75% actually, got them mixed up] ) just as they added a new troop that gives all centaurs 50% starting starting mana, making it a less valuable trait. I’d rather have armour piercing, definitely.

Could you please elaborate on how free-to-play players will be able to get things available only from the paid track?

UPD
Never mind. Found it in the official news.
When the Kingdom Pass ends, players will be able to earn these unique rewards in the following ways:

  • Cattauri Warrior + Deathgaunt – They can be found in both reward tracks. They will start appearing in chests 2-3 months after the Kingdom Pass ends.
  • The Cattauri King – He can be found in the Royal reward track. He will start appearing in chests 2-3 months after the Kingdom Pass ends.
  • Star Locket – This weapon is available in the Free Reward Track. Once the Kingdom Pass ends, it will be craftable from the Soulforge during weekly events in Divinion Fields.
  • The North Star – This weapon is available in the Royal Reward Track. Once the Kingdom Pass ends, it will be craftable from the Soulforge during weekly events in Divinion Fields.
  • Cattuari King’s Eagle – This new Pet can be found in both reward tracks and can be encountered as a random Pet Rescue when defeating Pet Gnomes.

I really don’t understand this community sometimes, how in the hell an AoE troop receiving a 75% mana start called a nerf. This is literally the only useful thing about this rework.

You can put 3 atlanta in a team and get them all full mana from a single yellow surge

Can’t be bothered posting a full bug report about this typo/inconsistency, so I will just leave it here :eagle:

You’re thinking of “Fast” – “Swift” is the 75% starting Mana, and is actually far less common than either Fast OR Empowered.

I’m not a fan of losing a troop with unique functions and in most situations an AoE troop with Swift doesn’t change much. There is one situation where I could put it to use, so that’s nice. Two situations actually… so even better.

Orrery now being a useable troop now and Star Gazer having a better 1st cast and being non-useless under web are also useful reworks.

Oops, yep, got them confused. Makes the trait better, but still not as useful when you can have 50% on all allies, and you lose the option of doing true damage (which is very powerful against low to mid level opponents, and still fairly good even against high level opponents).

Wasn’t the Battlecrasher reduced to five appearances/day previously? Why is it back up to 10? Makes finding them all a slog, even on explore 1

I think it’s remained at 10 per day for Kingdom Passes? What they changed back in 6.9 was:

  • Kingdom Passes will be changing to run only for 2 weeks.
  • We are changing the Kingdom Pass Battlecrashers so they will have a flat chance to appear (i.e. They will no longer decrease in chance to appear the more players encounter them).
  • Kingdom Pass Battlecrashers will now drop 2 Crowns instead of 1.

There may be more leeway on how many you need to find per day to complete the entire pass, but didn’t have the time to find a relevant post or calculate it right now.

There’s actually less leeway on how many you need to find per day or how many days you can simply “miss”; while they’ve doubled the value of each battle-crasher for the purposes of “event scoring”, they also reduced the Kingdom Pass from five weeks to two. Which more than off-sets the increased scoring.

Correct:

  • Previously: 35 days * 10 points per day = 350 total
  • Now: 14 days * 20 points per day = 280 total
  • 249 points are required to reach Lv.50 on the rewards track
(25 days previously; 13 days now)

So, previously you could skip up to 10 days but now you can only skip 1 day, or you’ll need Gems to make up the difference.

Yeah that’s less than before. The top search result that I ran across when I was trying to find the patch notes estimated needing only 7 battlecrashers per day. Seems like they were thinking of the previous state of Kingdom pass, because that worked out to be around 7 per day if you have 35 days total.
