I’m playing on PS5, recently switched from PS4. It seems I need to disable vibration every time I log in. Isn’t it possible to save the selected game features? On the PS4 the settings carried over for each login.

This isn’t a perfect solution, but you can disable it globally on your PS5 under controller settings.
I had the same issue on Nintendo Switch. I am not sure at precisely what point the setting actually gets saved, but in my case I’ve had it switched off for the past 2 years.
