Difficulty option - Where is it?

Hi there,
I start playing this game, and for what I could understand we can change the dfficulty of the game but I can’t find the option, where is it? by the way i am playing mostly in Android.

more difficulties unlock after you reach certain account level (it will be a button on the “main screen map” on the left-top directly below the hero/account icon
