I will have you know that cat dragons learn to flow days after they are born. It’s necessary for their survival!~

Tiny complaint on the art - its left wing (on our right of picture) looks wrong, it needs to be behind its leg, not in front of it…
Otherwise yes, cool and cute…

It looks ok, apart from the mouth and the wing before the leg. But to make it more catsy maybe change the eyes to cat eyes with not so round pupils.

The wing/leg thing is feasible if the critter’s upper body is twisted around so the wing overlaps that way.
I am more concerned about being unable to tell where its mouth actually is.
