Deep Delver won't give me credit for delve

I am up to the campaign task Deep Delver. I’ve played 2 delves at over level 300 and can’t pass the task.

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
I played 2 delves, one in Crypt Keepers(lvl 420) and one in Depths of sin (lvl 310). I won them both. The Deep Delver task hasn’t been completed.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
So far as I can tell happens all the time since 2 of my 3 failed.

Steps to make it happen again
Play a delve over level 20 as tasked.

UPDATE: I did finally receive the completion. But it took several minutes for some reason.

I know you would of, but you need to collect your delve chest rewards for it to trigger the ‘Deep Delver’ task completion. .

Winning the final boss room isn’t enough to trigger the task as complete. The reward chest must be claimed/opened

Just adding this as I’m sure others will experience this too

I have Dungeon lord task(play 6 dungeon battles). Played and won two delve runs(its more than six battles), collected delve rewards. Still got 0 battles on campaign task.

Ideas?

Dungeon isn’t the same as underworld - look for minigames and dungeon battles there

Just found it. Strange I though about delves instead of this.

Also, this task requires you to win 6 Dungeon battles so at a minimum this will take 2 days to complete unless you skip for 100 gems
