December & January Event Calendar

Another double feature, as the holiday season is right on our doorstep! Especially as I am making this blog so far in advance for Jan, there is a chance some events are missing or subject more so than normal, to change. New Campaign Begins – Wilhelmina’s Rose: 1st Dec – 9th Feb New Suncret Mythic:…

Are we really getting All-Seeing Eye faction expansion again in December?

The January and November kingdoms look very similar.

Both of the above questions. Plus, we just had a vault weekend November 21-23:

Is there really going to be another one two weeks later?

Edit: typo

The two vault weekends so close together is probably because GW was moved. They had to fill the slot with something.

It appears that we will move back to the original order in January. Vault, GW, faction, bounty, GW.

Something is not right here!
Unless we are now getting more than a week to set defense?

two weeks between GWs in January? Too harsh :sob:

Guild Wars should only be once a month. Period. It’s good to keep our minds thinking about new strategies, but this is starting to feel like PvP–too much to do and not enough time to actually relax and enjoy the game. It feels like a full time job now.

And yeah, bring on the Immortal Goblin on 1/12 and let’s see how ridiculous that is going to be.

I’m looking forward to that. Hopefully they don’t mess it up by not giving it an extra turn. In the interest of balance it probably shouldn’t do anything amazing, like tons of damage and creating a bunch of gems or something. But if it dealt a little damage or something and cleansed an ally, then got an extra turn, that’d be cool, as a Goblin (since it’s the only Goblin immune to everything, so far).
In the interest of fun, it’d be cool if it devoured an enemy and then dealt a ton of damage to the rest, and also got an extra turn. But that wouldn’t be balanced on an immortal Goblin.

this was due to me needing to edit the picture and I forgot to fix the text

I don’t have any hopes for the Immortal Goblin. I bet they just clone one of the existing Immortals (my guess is Im Caprichor), but with the boost ratio based off bleed gems. 3rd trait 1 → 3 Bleed Gems.

If its the seasonal Immortal and it does damage, it won’t have a secondary effect. (Glaycia, Raqiyah, Selene, Ang’Rak, Khaomani).

When Faerie Gob mother was brought into the game, we got wish gems, and I hope that Trogolin (the Immortal goblin) doesn’t create 1-3 (at level 30) wish gems when its turn begins, along with double true damage in Southwild. With Boompile, that would make goblin defenses and other team compositions horrible in PvP and Guild Wars.

There is so much chaos, randomness, and nonsensical things that have been added to the game over the years, and I feel like we are going to take another step into misery on January 12, 2026.

@Jeto

Its been three days now.

Any chance you’ve been able to fix your typos and as such confirm the schedule for December and January (yes I know its subject to change) but if everything is correct as posted then please do let us know.

Many thanks

Just so if there is still no official reply, there is a high chance that the January event calendar is subjected to change in terms of the kingdom weeks. My guess is as below:

Current: Hellcrag > Pan’s Vale > Dragon’s Claw > Grosh-Nak > Vulpacea (end of Jan 2026)
New: Hellcrag > Khetar > Suncrest > Leonis Empire > Bright Forest (end of Jan 2026) > Ghulvania

This speculation is made based on the artifact background of the new campaign: Wilhelmina’s Rose. If you preview from level 6 to level 10, their artifact backgrounds correspond to the new arrangement above. This has been true for as long as I have played. So I guess it will be easier for them to change the calendar itself rather than reworking the campaign pass.

With that being said, I hope this can help certain players to plan according and target the specific week they want (event keys, underspire etc).

It was hypothesized in my Guild’s PSN chat that they copied the calendar from November to use for January and “forgot” to change the weekly kingdom symbols.

Proofreading is a lost art with certain parties.

what killing me is a lack of automatization skills of Z gen. So much more for autoplacing kingdom’s default symbol, pet, etc

None of this is automated. Was just a simple human error that I wrote out the wrong Kingdoms.

I am not gen z, not that should be anyones business nor relevant to someone doing their job.

The calendar background is never related to anything in-game

The above calendar has now been updated

Think you misread a post there. @edwina mentioned the artifact background, not the calendar background. And yes, the artifact background does always predict the future kingdoms. I’ve used it myself, many times, though it’s annoying trying to figure out which kingdom is which sometimes (I wish it would just say the kingdom, since it’s already showing which it will be, but it’s better than nothing).
If this time the artifact is showing the wrong backgrounds, that’s a bug, and it needs fixing.
