Typically, when a new Faction Expansion is released, the previous FE troop becomes available in Chaos Portals.
This weekend’s expansion of the All-Seeing Eye brings the Gloom Ocularen, but the Dark Acrobat from last month’s Nightmare Circus isn’t in Chaos Portals.
When it has been 4 weeks since the last Faction weekend event, the previous one was only 2 weeks ago, so Dark Acrobat should be available from Friday 24th of this month.
Because we swapped the Faction weekend, bringing it forward a week, it doesn’t line up with when the Dark Acrobat is expected in Chaos Portals
