I am getting tired of these duplicates as well, but the Ocean Star submerging itself and creating an ice storm is very useful for Merlantis and other restrictions. It isn’t blocked by Triton either, so you can safely have your strongest troops in the back to destroy everything.
Just for reference, here are the kingdoms without an “exploding” and “summoning” weapon:
Blackhawk (The Ruby Macaque does not count)
Ghulvania
Maugrim Woods
Mydnight
I hope that this feedback is taken into consideration to make Kingdom and Guild War restrictions more pleasant in the future.–D.B.
One is Merlantis and one is Merfolk. We’ve had similar cases already and they’ve already been dismissed as “not a duplicate”. Debatable, but as long as there’s 1 troop that isn’t both, it’s enough reason to have this weapon. Do I like it? No. Would I appreciate a different weapon? Of course. But sooner or later every kingdom will have at least 2 weapons that are this similar …
If they used every possible multi-color and different explode color option, we’d be talking hundred+ years per weapon type without duplicates. So.. no.. we shouldn’t be similarities this quickly
I wonder if Easter Tower will become a troop we can get to use? Also I reached level 398 and have not seen any Easter Towers after I reached 398 is it just luck I haven’t seen any or do they stop appearing once you reach 398?
No you won’t be able to use the Easter tower.
After level 398 the team locks. It’s the same team over and over.
Before 398 the towers change every fight and therefor Easter tower can appear
Not all troops from Merlantis are merfolk. Aquaticus, for example. Also, not all merfolks are from Merlantis. Megavore, for example. So these two weapons are far from duplicated.
