we still dont have it at pc/mobile 
my issue is I have no reason to level to VIP lvl 3. I don’t see the value in not paying for scouting. lol
The Reason is not the price of scouting, but the time you get by not having to click and ser what you are against, If you are farming Gold on PvP helps a Lot to choose a team to fight.
